Ultimately, with her excellent people skills and being calm and cheerful, she convinced the listing agent’s team to work with us. While under the contract, we ran into many problems and Carol made us feel much better through her encouraging words. It meant a lot for us to know that we had full support from the team and that they would not give up on us. She worked very hard, promptly, and pro-actively to ensure that we would get the property, working with us and the general contractor (required by the loan) late at night and early in the morning until our agent returned.
